GUEST TRANSFER SERVICE SUMMER 2011 RATES:

* Prices are in BGN and with VAT incl.

Transfer price includes:

• Meeting or/and accompanying of the Client to/from Varna Central Bus Station or Varna Airport in accordance to the bus/airplane schedule, chosen by the Client.
• Transportation from /to ADIS Holiday Inn, Golden Sands.

GUEST TRANSFER SERVICE could be requested and paid along with the overall tourist package for ADIS Holiday Inn accommodation chosen by the Client.

  GUEST TRANSFER REQUEST FORM

1. GUEST TRANSFER SERVICE is offered to individuals or entities (Client) with booked and paid holiday accommodation for ADIS Holiday Inn, Golden Sands.
2. GUEST TRANSFER SERVICE can be booked after submitting a guest transfer request form (download HERE) via e-mail: holidays@adis.bg or at ADIS Holiday Inn Reception desk, Golden Sands.
3. The service should be paid at least 3 (three) days prior its use:
   - at ADIS cash desk with address: Sofia, 27, Veliko Tarnovo Str.
   - at ADIS Holiday Inn Reception desk, Golden Sands.
   or
   - via bank:
   • in BGN - IBAN BG73CECB979010B2017700, BIC code CECBBGSF, Central Cooperative Bank;
   • in EUR – IBAN BG87CECB979014B2017700, BIC code CECBBGSF, Central Cooperative Bank;
4. GUEST TRANSFER SERVICE is offered for 4 people maximum per trip. It includes:
   • Meeting or/and accompanying of the Client by ADIS’ employee from/to Varna Airport or Varna Central Bus Station, in line with the timetable of the vehicle, which will be used by the Client;
   • Transportation with vehicle, property of ADIS Real Estate, from/to ADIS Holiday Inn, Golden Sands.
5. GUEST TRANSFER SERVICE could be requested and paid along with the overall tourist package for ADIS Holiday Inn accommodation chosen by the Client.
6. No payment upon booked GUEST TRANSFER REQUEST FORM within 3 (three) days prior its use doesn’t oblige ADIS Real Estate with its performance.
7. In case of change in scheduled arrival/departure time, the Client should inform ADIS Holiday Inn Reception or by calling +359 882 177 734, not later than 1 (one) hour prior arrival/departure at Varna Central Bus Station or Varna Airport.
8. Driver wait time is 30 minutes after the schedule arrival time of the Client.
9. Annulations:
   - till 24 h. prior service use – ADIS Real Estate will refund you with the total amount that you paid for the service.
   - less than 24 h. prior service use– ADIS Real Estate will refund you with 50% of the total amount that you paid for the service.
