Booking & Payment Conditions

ADIS Real Estate makes booking and confirms reservations only after registering a vacation request via fax or e-mail.

VACATION REQUEST (download from here)

After completion of the application request it should be sent via fax or e-mail. All fields in vacation request form are mandatory – please, point out age of children, if any, telephone and e-mail for feedback. Upon payment of a deposit receipt for at least 50% of the total amount of the reservation, no later than 21 days before the date of the arrival you as a customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the starting and ending date of the chosen period as well as your room number. The remaining 50% are due for payment no later than 14 days prior arrival.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Without paying the remaining 50% of requested services regarding our deadline - no later than 14 days prior arrival, ADIS Real Estate will cancel your reservation and you’ll be refunded with the amount already paid by you.

Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:

When you cancel the reservation 14 days or more prior the arrival date, we will refund you with 80% the total amount that you paid for the reservation.

Reservation cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival: ADIS Real Estate will refund you with 50% of the total amount you've paid.

No refund in case of earlier departure before the scheduled end of your stay.

Check-In & Out

Check in - 14.00 pm of the intended arrival date, check out - till 11.00 am by the day of the departure.
