We remind you that any person - legal or natural, that does not comply with the Act is subject to sanction pursuant to art. 5 para. 1 of sanctioning of the Limitation of cash payments, the penalty is equal to 25 percent of the total amount of the payment - if an individual or a penalty of 50 percent of the total amount of the Payment - if a legal entity.
