In connection with decision of the Council of Ministers, taken at a meeting held on 05.06.2019, to give consent to the sale of real estates owned by “Domestic Diplomatic Properties Agency in Bulgaria” Ltd. – Sofia, we inform you that the sale of th properties will be through a public auction under a procedure specified in the Rules for rhe procedure for exercising the rights of the state in the companies with state capital participation.The auction will be announced in a central daily newspaper, on the ADIS`s website and on the website of the Ministry of Economy.Provided that the sale took place after 04.08.2019, according to the requirements of Art.3a of the Law on Privatization and Post-Privatization Control, the properties will be advertised on the electronic platform for the sale of real estates – private state property and property owned by commercial companies with more than 50% state shareholding or commercial companies whose shares are owned by a commercial company with than 50% state ownership of the capital.
